About David Fontana-

David Fontana has worked with hundreds of ETA's (Elvis Tribute Artist) over the years. His band, The David Fontana Band, is dedicated to preserving the original sound and style of Elvis Presley's music. The David Fontana Band works with only the best ETA's to insure the music and memory of EP is represented in the most positive way.

David Fontana is the son of DJ Fontana, who was Elvis Presley's original drummer from 1956-1968. DJ began playing with Elvis when he made his first appearance on the Louisiana Hayride. DJ was the house drummer for the Hayride and Elvis really enjoyed the sound that his back beat brought to the country/blues music that was ripping across the nation.  David Fontana carries on the original sound estabished by DJ Fontana.  With his personal knowledge      This makes performing with the DFB both unique and extraordinary, setting them apart from any other ETA show bands out there. The David Fontana Bnakd  understands the way Elvis himself would have wanted the song to be performed. When you come to a show you are quickly reminded of the brilliant work created by an amazingly talented human being. By the end of the show you are left with one very important realization; the man may be gone, but his music will live on forever...
